An  important part of the services offered by Landlord properties is the  representation of buyers of small-middle markets companies and large  corporations. Many of the skills used in Seller Representation are  equally important when advising clients interested in growth through  acquisition.

We typically advise clients who have not yet held  discussions with potential   acquirers, in an effort to develop and  later execute a selling strategy.Landlord properties  may also be  retained after a company has been approached  by a potential acquirer.  We seek to maximize the potential offer or find  competing bids. For  each selling client, the goal is to create the most appropriate  transaction structure and maximize a client's after-tax return.
